From a very young age music has been a very big part of my life. I learnt a few different instruments and enjoyed them all, but once I picked up the guitar and started singing I found I could connect with people on a level that I hadn’t experienced before. I ended up throwing myself in the deep end one weekend when I heard that a musician was sick and a local bar needed someone to fill his spot. That first performance wasn’t silky smooth, but I loved being able to share music with people in an open environment. Playing at a bar in West End in 2010 would be the first solo performance of what is now hundreds. 

Every time I play, I find something new and interesting in music, the people I’m playing for, or, something in myself and that is what feeds my love for playing and singing and keeps pushing me along.
